I have over 20 years of counselling experience and have supported hundreds of people through a wide range of emotional, personal, and relationship difficulties. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential space where you can speak openly about what is troubling you and begin working towards positive change.

My name is Rukhsana Choudhry, and I founded Ummah Counselling Services to help individuals, couples, and families through difficult periods in their lives.
